Delivery and shipping costs
The shipment is sent ex works to the delivery address given by the customer.
Our costs for shipments are comprised of a flat-rate charge for handling and shipping. The costs may vary depending on the delivery country. Please refer to the following table for these.
Delivery time for goods in stock: 5 working days after receipt of payment
Delivery time for non-stock items: 14 working days after receipt of payment
Special orders: Delivery time on request

For forwarding goods with a length > 2.00 metres and a weight of 30.00 kg, the packaging and shipping flat rate increases to EUR 43,95 EUR per order within Germany. Abroad, the flat rate is 49,45 EUR.
Deliveries to Switzerland are not possible. If you live in Switzerland and require a spare part, you can enquire about this using our contact form. We will then forward your enquiry to the Swiss branch of Roto.
We mainly deliver parcels with GLS and long goods with one of our reliable carriers.
