The shipment is sent ex works to the delivery address given by the customer.
Our costs for shipments are comprised of a flat-rate charge for handling and shipping. The costs may vary depending on the delivery country. Please refer to the following table for these.
Do you need your spare part urgently and would like an express delivery? This is also possible upon request.

Deliveries to Switzerland are not possible. If you live in Switzerland and require a spare part, you can request this using our contact form. We would then be happy to pass your enquiry on to the Swiss subsidiary of Roto.
